    A: 1 license of Real PC Spy unlocks the software on 1 computer.


    Q: How long can I use Real PC Spy if I buy a license?

    A: Real PC Spy license is a life-time license.


    Q: Can I install Real PC Spy remotely, e.g., by sending it in an email attachment?

    A: No. Real PC Spy is a PC activity monitoring software. It can not be installed without the PC owner's consent like a trojan. It requires physical access to the target PC to be installed. Therefore, you have to be the rightful owner of the target PC to install it.


    Q: Can I monitor the target PC remotely?

    A: Yes. After it is installed, you can setup user activity report delivery via email or FTP. You can check these logs by reading emails or opening web pages from any other locations as long as you can access internet.


    Q: Do I have to install Real PC Spy in each Windows user I want to monitor?

    A: No. You only need to install it in one of administrator accounts and all other users will be logged.


    Q: Does Real PC Spy auto start with system startup?

    A: Yes. It starts recording user activity after a user logs in the account.


    Q: There are several users on the system but only one user is in the Logged Users list. Why?

    A: A user will show up in the Logged Users list *after* the target user logs in at least once.


    Q: Will Real PC Spy keep recording the system if the user logs off?

    A: No. It only works when a user logs in the account and the user Desktop is active. When the system starts certain power states, Real PC Spy will stop recording. These states include: switch users, log off, lock, restart, shut down, sleep and hibernate.


    Q: My antivirus blocked Real PC Spy. What should I do?

    A: Antivirus hates user activity monitoring software. However, you can add Real PC Spy to antivirus software's exclusion list to allow it.


    Q: How do I allow Real PC Spy in Windows Security if it is blocked?

    A: Turn off Windows Security's Real-time Protection and Cloud Delivered Protection *before* downloading and reinstalling the spy. After it is installed, add the program folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\S1" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\RS" to the WS Exclusions. Then, turn on Real-time Protection and Cloud Delivered Protection, and it will not be blocked again.


    Q: How can I uninstall Real PC Spy?

    A: You can simply click the "Uninstall" icon on the software's interface to remove it. Log in the Windows account in which you installed the software. Use your hotkey (Ctrl+Alt+X as default) to unhide it. If purchase reminder window opens, close it. Enter your password to access its interface. Click "Stop Monitoring", then click the "Uninstall" icon to remove it. If you forget a custom hotkey or password, you can reinstall the software to reset them.
